1. Scope of Work
1.1. The details of your project will be outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.
1.2. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will inform you in advance of any such changes.
1.3. Timely approvals and submissions of required materials from you are essential to avoid delays.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. A 50% upfront payment (or as outlined in the proposal) is required to initiate work.
2.2. Final payment must be made upon project completion or as per the milestones agreed.
2.3. Payments delayed beyond 14 days may incur a 5% late fee.
3. Ownership and Portfolio Use
3.1. Ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you upon receipt of full payment.
3.2. Unless specifically requested in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials.
4. Liability
4.1. We take great care to deliver quality work but cannot be held responsible for external factors affecting results, such as platform updates (for web and SEO) or market changes.
4.2. You are responsible for ensuring all content provided to us is free from copyright or legal issues.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the project.
6. Termination Policy
6.1. Either party can terminate the agreement with a 14-day notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and provided to you.
